Information for Care Homes/Domiciliary Care Providers

On this page you will find a set of resources compiled by NHS Scarborough and Ryedale Clinical Commissioning Group to help staff who work in care homes and in domiciliary care.

We hope the information provided on this page - some of which we've also distributed directly to independant care providers - will make it easier for carers to respond to peoples needs.

Please note, we are in the process of refreshing the Community Support Services Directory and What To Do If You're Concerned About a Resident documents with new information following the recent award of the adult community services contract to a new provider. There's more information about the services provided by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, here. You can also call their Customer Access Centre on 01653 609609.

If there's particular information you would like to see on this page that you think would be useful, do get in touch.
