GP services and Community Pharmacy Opening Times – Easter 2019
There will be occasions over the Easter bank holiday when your normal GP Practice may be closed. However, medical help and advice is still available. If you urgently need to see a doctor, ring your surgery as normal and your call will be diverted to the out of hours service. Alternatively, you can also dial 111 to get through to the free 24-hour NHS service. In emergencies, always ring 999.
There may be times over the Easter bank holiday period when your usual pharmacy is closed. However, other local pharmacies will be available (see below for information). Remember to make sure you have enough of your usual medication to cover you over the bank holiday period. For information relating to pharmacies in the Vale of York locality, visit the Vale of York CCG website, here.
